In the Create step, you will be creating your initial budget based on your estimates of monthly income and expenses. Your first estimates will typically not reflect your actual spending patterns and will need to be modified by actual expense data that you will collect throughout the month. You will be taught the different sources of income as well as monthly expenses defined in eight expense categories.
